McCammon Library Construction A ground breaking ceremony was held September 13, 2010 to begin construction of the new library building in McCammon. The new McCammon Library is expected to be completed June 1, 2011 and will serve residents of Inkom and McCammon areas. View photos of the progress. Funding for the new building comes from a plant facilities levy that was passed in 2005. The library district has the cash available to fund building of the new library and has also made improvements to existing library buildings.
